It has been a while... I was informed today by my BF that I needed to update my blog (Love you K!) The last month has been rough. First a virus, then family in town, then a tummy bug, then teething, then more family. We have just been non-stop! Lola is still growing! She says "Mama" "Dada" and "Hi" She calls her baby "baba" and the dogs "Bah". She still hasn't taken the full plunge of walking. Although, she walks along furniture quite well. She was miserable last week from teething. The top 4 decided to come through together and let me tell you... it was hell there for a few days. She couldn't sleep, eat etc. It was rough! Once her teeth broke through though it was like night and day. The morning they broke through she had been up a lot of the night and after she took a 2 hour morning nap... something she had not done in a while. It seems like this kid has something new for me everyday... Yesterday she looked at Grandpa Jim and said, "Hi!" and waved at him with a huge smile on her face! She was so proud of herself! She likes to play "peek-a-boo" with Daddy's belly button and loves to play with my hair when she is falling asleep. I officially cannot A. Dry my hair B. Flush a toilet or C. Turn on the shower without her crawling to me to make sure I am alright. Sometimes she even yells "DA!" to come save us. Little protector... She is so aware of people's feelings and cares so deepley for the people around her. Such a love bug!

Thank you to everyone who called and/or e-mailed etc for my Birthday. So many of you called and I have not had the chance to get back to you! Thank you so much! I had a wonderful day with My Dad, Lola and Sissy. Steve got me a beautiful (pink) mixer and a cupcake book :) He put so much thought into my gift. He also got me a VG's cake which was absolutley delish! Anyway, hope you enjoy the pictures!
