Sorry I haven't been good at updating my blog for a while.... It just seems like we always have something going on. Anyway, Lola met her new pediatrician last week. Nice lady! She told me that Lola was one of the happiest and healthiest babies she has seen. "Why thank you!" I am obviously doing something right... toot toot! The ped I chose is very open to a more holistic approach to wellness. She loved Lola's amber teething necklace and thought it was great that I was going to make my own baby food (organic of course!) I was surprised when the Doc called the next day to check up on Lola and make sure she did OK with her shot! Outstanding! That is the kind of Dr. I like. One that actually cares :) Lola is pretty HUGE by the way. 18.5 lbs and 26 inches long. She is pretty much in the 100th percentile in everything... except for her head circumference which is only 75th percentile. She is healthy and right on track. She laughs, smiles, rolls over, and eats my face ha ha! We have created quite the bond, her and I. When I put her down to sleep she grips my shirt and looks right in my eyes, "Lady your not going anywhere, I want to cuddle!" Needless to say she has me and Daddy wrapped around her tiny little fingers.. I know what your gonna say. "Your creating a monster!" Well guess what... she is MY monster :)
